Official Entry Points

The following locations have been designated as Official Entry Points:

Check-in Centre (AmberExpo)

The Check-in Centre will be located at AmberExpo (Żaglowa 11, Gdańsk), an exhibition and trade hall.

All participants arriving at the Official Entry Point will be transported by shuttle to the Check-in Centre, where the check-in process will take place before being taken to the Jamboree site. Participants arriving by their own buses to the Entry Point “AmberExpo Parking” will continue their journey to the Campsite with the same buses after completing the check-in process.

Entry to the Jamboree Campsite is not permitted without first completing the check-in at the Check-in Centre.

No individuals or vehicles will be allowed to enter through the Jamboree gates without having first passed through the Check-in Centre.

Details about arrivals and departures, and check-in procedure will be provided in a dedicated circular.

Check-in Process

The Check-in Centre will operate 24 hours a day throughout the arrival period from 26 to 29 of July. CMT, IST,and Unit Leaders must report directly to the designated desks at the Check-in Centre.

In the case of units, one designated Adult Patrol Leader (Unit Leader – one of the four Adult Patrol Leaders in the unit) will be required to report to the check-in desks to complete the check-in process for the entire unit. In exceptional circumstances, the check-in process may be carried out by Adult Patrol Leaders for individual patrols.

Information Required at the Check-in

For all Adult Participants (HoC, CMT, IST, APL)

Additional information required from Unit Leaders

Once the verification process has been completed, participants will receive their personal accreditation badges and Jamboree Scarves and will be transported to the campsite.

IST, CMT, and APL are required to complete the Safe from Harm training. Completion of the training before the Jamboree is mandatory and will be verified through the registration system. Adults who have not completed the Safe from Harm training will not be granted access to the Jamboree site until the course has been completed.

If someone does not complete the training in advance, they will have to complete it at the Check-in Center.  This is not recommended, as the training lasts two hours and will delay the entire check-in process.
