1. The controller of your personal data is the Organising Committee of the 26th World Scout Jamboree (the “CONTROLLER”), with its registered office at ul. Za Murami 2-10, 80-823 Gdańsk, Poland. You may contact the Controller in writing by post at ul. Za Murami 2-10, 80-823 Gdańsk, Poland, or by email at office@wsj2027.pl.
2. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who may be contacted by email at dataprotection@wsj2027.pl.
3. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
4. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
   a) receiving recipe submissions, selecting the most interesting entries and publishing the recipes in the Jamboree Cook Book - Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The personal data will be retained until the event has concluded;
   b) publishing your personal data together with the recipe on the Controller’s website and social media channels, as well as in the Jamboree Cook Book - Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. The personal data will be processed by the Controller until consent is withdrawn.
5. The personal data is not obtained from third parties.
6. The Controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organisation in connection with the planned publication of recipes on social media platforms.
7. The Controller may disclose personal data where required by law or under data processing agreements, in particular to Microsoft. The data may also be transferred to the social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and X, each of which acts as a separate controller of personal data.
8. You have the right to:
   a) request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of its processing;
   b) withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
   c) object to the processing of your personal data and exercise your right to data portability;
   d) lodge a complaint about the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
9. Providing personal data is necessary in order to submit a recipe.
10. The Controller does not envisage using automated decision-making.

Licence for the Use of a Photograph

By submitting a photograph, I declare that I am its author or that I hold the rights necessary to grant the licence on the terms set out below, and that the submitted photograph does not contain the image of any natural person.

I hereby grant The Organising Committee for the 26th World Scout Jamboree – A Foundation of the Polish Scouting & Guiding Association (ZHP), with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-823), ul. Za Murami 2-10, entered in the National Court Register under KRS No. 0001022285, NIP 5833472808, REGON 52467170500000 (the “Committee”), a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use the submitted photograph worldwide, for an indefinite period, in connection with the organisation, promotion and documentation of the 26th World Scout Jamboree, in particular in the following fields of exploitation:

- recording and reproducing the photograph by any means or technique, including printing, reprographic, photographic and digital techniques, as well as by storing it in the memory of computers or other electronic devices;
- storing the photograph in computer memory, on servers, in databases and in IT and telecommunications systems;
- publishing and distributing the photograph on websites, social media and other electronic communication channels of the Committee and entities cooperating in the organisation of the Jamboree;
- using the photograph in informational, promotional, educational and documentary materials relating to the Jamboree;
- publishing the photograph in the printed and electronic versions of the “Jamboree Cook Book”, as well as in materials promoting, providing information about or otherwise related to that publication;
- publicly displaying and presenting the photograph, as well as making it available to the public in such a manner that anyone may access it at a place and time of their choosing.

The licence also includes the right to make such modifications to the photograph as are necessary for technical, editorial or graphic purposes, including in particular cropping, scaling, changing its resolution, format or proportions, and adapting it to the graphic layout of a publication or other material, provided that such modifications do not prejudice the author’s reputation or distort the nature of the photograph.

I consent to the photograph being credited with my first name and information concerning my country and Scout organisation as provided in the form.

I declare that the use of the photograph by the Committee on the terms set out above will not infringe any third-party rights, including, in particular, third-party economic or moral copyrights.

I accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the above declaration and its compliance with the factual and legal circumstances, as well as for any infringement of third-party rights resulting from the submission of the photograph or the granting of the licence to the Committee, including, in particular, any infringement of third-party economic or moral copyrights. If any claims arising from such an infringement are brought against the Committee, I undertake, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify the Committee against such liability and to reimburse the reasonable costs incurred by the Committee in connection with such claims.

This licence shall be governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the granting of this licence shall be resolved by the court having territorial jurisdiction over the registered office of The Organising Committee for the 26th World Scout Jamboree – A Foundation of the Polish Scouting & Guiding Association (ZHP).
