What's new 

We are excited to share more details about the 26th World Scout Jamboree with you! To make it easier to find what’s new and what has changed, we have introduced color coding in this update.  The coding works as follows:

  • If we add text in an already existing subpage, we will colour it green. As you can see in this introduction.
  • If a new subpage is released, the subpage is released with * in the title and formatted normally
  • If we have to change anything in a text, the page will be marked with ^ in the title. Text, that is not relevant or correct anymore will be marked with a strikethrough, like this: lorem ipsum

In this update, you will find additional information about the Program and IST Experience, an overview of the campsite layout, and further guidance on how to build your Contingent. 

Be mindful, that two important updates are included in separate circulars already shared with registered HOCs:

Circulars

2nd HOC Meeting, 26-28 September 2025, Gdańsk 

We are looking forward to meeting you all at the place where it all will take place: Gdansk! We invite you to join us from Friday 26 September until Sunday 28 September 2025 for the 2nd HOC Meeting. During this weekend, we will do a site visit, dive more in detail in the topics of Logistics and the Programme as well as Safe from Harm and Diversity & Inclusion.

Registration 

Registered Head of Contingents have received the information about deadlines and the process of registration. If you have not yet registered your Head of Contingent, you can do so via: HOC Appointment Form - World Scout Jamboree Poland 2027.  

The next step in the registration process is for you to register your patrols, IST, and CMT members with us. As explained in Jamboree Circular No. 01-2025, we only need your total numbers at this stage. The details on who you are brining will be asked in a later phase of the registration process.  

We want to remind you that the Early Registration is opening on 1 June 2025 and closing on 1 July 2025. The Regular Registration is opening 15 September 2025 and closing 1 November 2025.
