Arrival and Departure Dates
IST are expected to arrive on 27 July and depart on 10 August. Participants (patrols) are expected to arrive on 29 July and depart on 9 August.
Arrivals for participants take place exclusively in patrols. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to report to the Check-in Centre on their own — every Youth Participant must arrive with their patrol.

Official Entry Points
The following locations have been designated as Official Entry Points:
- Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa International Airport (GDN),
- Gdańsk Główny railway station,
- Gdańsk ferry terminal,
- Gdynia ferry terminal,
- AmberExpo Parking

Check-in Centre (AmberExpo)
The Check-in Centre will be located at AmberExpo (Żaglowa 11, Gdańsk), an exhibition and trade hall.

Check-in Process
The Check-in Centre will operate 24 hours a day throughout the arrival period. CMT, IST,and Unit Leaders must report directly to the designated desks at the Check-in Centre.
In the case of units, one designated Adult Patrol Leader (Unit Leader – one of the four Adult Patrol Leaders in the unit) will be required to report to the check-in desks to complete the check-in process for the entire unit. In exceptional circumstances, the check-in process may be carried out by Adult Patrol Leaders for individual patrols.
Information Required at the Check-in
For all Adult Participants (HoC, CMT, IST, APL)
- a valid identification document (for example a passport),
- completion of the Safe from Harm training, as recorded in the registration system (no certificate or screenshot required),
- up to date departure information, including departure date and time or flight number.
Additional information required from Unit Leaders
- patrol codes,
- a complete list of participants being checked in.
