Check-in Process

The Check-in Centre will operate 24 hours a day throughout the arrival period from 26 to 29 of July. CMT, IST,and Unit Leaders must report directly to the designated desks at the Check-in Centre.

In the case of units, one designated Adult Patrol Leader (Unit Leader – one of the four Adult Patrol Leaders in the unit) will be required to report to the check-in desks to complete the check-in process for the entire unit. In exceptional circumstances, the check-in process may be carried out by Adult Patrol Leaders for individual patrols.
