It is strongly advised not to confirm any registrations in the NSOs internal systems before receiving the Contingent Allocation confirmation from 26th World Scout the Jamboree Organisation.

The participation fees and payment schedule is outlined below. The participation fees are based on the National Scout Organisation (NSO) event fee categories that can be found in the table below. There are different fees for participants (Adult Patrol Leaders and youth participants and IST, CMT members.

How to form a contingent

NSOs in good standing with WOSM may apply to attend the 26th World Scout Jamboree. NSOs with multiple National Scout Associations (NSAs) must form a single NSO National Contingent for the Jamboree. Each NSO will appoint a Head of Contingent (HOC) who will lead the contingent. The HOC cannot participate as a an Adult Patrol Leader or IST member during the event.

Each NSO can appoint a HOC by filling in the HoC Appointment Form before 1 November 2024. After filling in the form, NSO will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of HOC registration and additional information.

Adult volunteers must be 18 years old at the start of the event (born on or before 30 July 2009). This includes APLs, members of the IST and members of the CMT.

There will be opportunities for CMTs to meet online and take part in a study visit in Poland. For further details, please refer to the preparation’s timeline.
