What's new 

We are excited to share more details about the 26th World Scout Jamboree with you! To make it easier to find what’s new and what has changed, we have introduced color coding in this update.  The coding works as follows:

  • If we add text in an already existing subpage, we will colour it green. As you can see in this introduction.
  • If a new subpage is released, the subpage is released with (new) in the title and formatted normally
    • If we have to change anything in a text, the page will be marked with (update) in the title. Text, that is not relevant or correct anymore will be marked with a strikethrough, like this: lorem ipsum

    ¿QUÉ HAY DE NUEVO?  

    ¡Estamos emocionados de compartir más detalles sobre el 26º Jamboree Scout Mundial contigo! Para que sea más fácil identificar las novedades y los cambios, hemos introducido un sistema de codificación por colores en esta actualización. 

    La codificación funciona de la siguiente manera:

    • Si añadimos texto en una subpágina ya existente, lo colorearemos de verde. Como se puede ver en esta introducción.
    • Si lanzamos una nueva subpágina, la subpágina se lanzará con (new) en el título y se formateará normalmente
    • Si tenemos que cambiar algo en un texto, la página se marcará con (update) en el título. El texto que ya no sea relevante o correcto se marcará con un tachado, así: lorem ipsum 

     

    En esta actualización, encontrarás información adicional sobre el Programa y la Experiencia para EIS, una visión general de la distribución del campamento y más orientación sobre cómo organizar tu Contingente.

    Ten en cuenta que dos actualizaciones importantes se han incluido en circulares separadas que ya se han compartido con los HOCs registrados:

    CIRCULARES

    2ª Reunión de HOC, 26-28 de septiembre de 2026, Gdansk 

    ¡Nos emociona encontrarnos con ustedes en el lugar donde todo sucederá: Gdańsk! Los invitamos a participar desde el viernes 26 de septiembre hasta el domingo 28 de septiembre de 2025 para la Segunda Reunión de HOC.

    Durante este fin de semana, realizaremos una visita al sitio del evento, profundizaremos en temas como Logística y Programa, así como Safe from Harm/A Salvo del Peligro y Diversidad e Inclusión.

    Registro

    Los Responsables de Contingente registrados ya han recibido información sobre los plazos y el proceso de inscripción. Si aún no has registrado a tu Responsable de Contingente, puedes hacerlo a través del Formulario de Nombramiento de HOC - Jamboree Scout Mundial Polonia 2027.

    El siguiente paso en el proceso de inscripción es registrar sus patrullas, así como a los miembros del EIS y del CMT. Como explicamos en la circular del Jamboree Nº 01-2025, solo necesitamos conocer el número total de miembros del Contingente. Los detalles sobre quiénes asistirán se solicitarán en una fase posterior del proceso de inscripción.

    Queremos recordarte que la Inscripción Anticipada se abrirá el 1 de junio de 2025 y cerrará el 1 de julio de 2025. La Inscripción Regular se abrirá el 15 de septiembre de 2026 y cerrará el 1 de noviembre de 2026.

    CIRCULARS 

    2nd HOC Meeting, 26-28 September 2026, Gdansk 

    We are looking forward to meeting you all at the place where it all will take place: Gdansk! We invite you to join us from Friday 26 September until Sunday 28 September 2025 for the 2nd HOC Meeting. During this weekend, we will do a site visit, dive more in detail in the topics of Logistics and the Programme as well as Safe from Harm and Diversity & Inclusion.

    Registration 

    Registered Head of Contingents have received the information about deadlines and the process of registration. If you have not yet registered your Head of Contingent, you can do so via: HOC Appointment Form - World Scout Jamboree Poland 2027.  

    The next step in the registration process is for you to register your patrols, IST, and CMT members with us. As explained in Jamboree Circular No. 01-2025, we only need your total numbers at this stage. The details on who you are brining will be asked in a later phase of the registration process.  

    We want to remind you that the Early Registration is opening on 1 June 2026 and closing on 1 July 2026. The Regular Registration is opening 15 September 2026 and closing 1 November 2026.
