Arrival and  departure dates

The Check-In Center (AmberExpo Centrum Wystawienniczo-KongresoweAmberExpo, Żaglowa11 Street, 80-560Gdańsk,Polska)willbeopen24/7sothatarrivalscanhappenatanytimeduringthepre-allocated dates or later. The Check-In for IST opens on the 27th of July.However, some IST will be asked to arrive earlier due to their assignment. Please note that it is not allowed to arrive prior to the designed date. Patrols canarriveon29 July.Exceptionsareagreedinadvance.MoreinformationonarrivalswillbeinBulletin4. 

The official departure date for Patrols will be 9 August. IST departure dates will be the following day, the10August. Exceptions are agreed in advance.MoreinformationondepartureswillbeinBulletin4. 

Arrivals for participantstakeplaceexclusivelyinPatrols.Unaccompaniedminorsarenotallowedtoreport to the Check-in Center on their own — every Youth Participant must arrive with theirPatrol. 

OnlythefollowingindividualsareallowedtoentertheCheck-InCenter: 

  • TheAdult Patrolleader, representing at that moment the complete Patrol 
  • IST (who are arriving individually).
