Vous pouvez adresser vos questions relatives aux délégations au Département des Relations des Délégations par voie électronique contingents@wsj2027.pl.

Au sein de l’équipe, des bénévoles sont attribué·e·s à chaque OSN. Ils se trouvent dans votre Région de Scoutisme et ont une bonne connaissance des différents aspects relatifs aux délégations dans votre région. Comme iels travaillent dans le fuseau horaire de votre région, il est facile de les contacter. 

 

Communication Means

We are delighted to be working closely with all of you as preparations for the Jamboree move forward. Most of you already know that we can be reached at contingents@wsj2027.pl, and we are always happy to answer your questions through that channel.

Additional information can be found on the HoC Base and in the Secured Area of the HoC Base. If you do not yet have access to the Secured Area, please contact us via email so we can arrange a login for you.

The Secured Area contains more detailed resources on a range of topics, including our Circulars and materials from HoC Meetings.

At HoC Meeting #2, we also introduced Slack for CMT. We are currently setting this up to support different CMT groups. Once it is ready for wider use, we will share further details with you.
