الخطوة الأولى لجعل الجامبوري حدثًا آمنًا من الأذى (SfH) هي الوقاية والتثقيف. إن مسؤولية خلق تجربة عادلة وآمنة ومحترمة في الجامبوري هي مسؤولية مشتركة بين جميع الأشخاص المشاركين في هذا المشروع. لذلك، سنقوم بإعداد مجموعة متنوعة من التجارب التعليمية لجميع المشاركين في الجامبوري:
بالنسبة لجميع البالغين المشاركين في الجامبوري، سيكون هناك دورة تعليمية إلكترونية إلزامية بعنوان "آمن من الأذى" تتكون من ثلاث وحدات:
- الوحدة 1 – SFH في الأحداث الكشفية العالمية والإقليمية
- الوحدة 2 – الحماية من الأذى في الجامبوري
- الوحدة 3 – الحماية من الأذى في الجامبوري الكشفي العالمي في بولندا
ستكون جميع الوحدات متاحة على منطقة التعلم الكشفية (منصة التعلم الإلكتروني لمنظمة الكشافة العالمية). بعد إكمال الوحدات الثلاث، ستحصل على شهادة، وهي مطلوبة للدخول إلى الجامبوري.
سيخضع جميع البالغين الذين يزورون الجامبوري ويعملون فيه (مثل المقاولين والضيوف) إلى إحاطة إلزامية حول برنامج "الحماية من الأذى".
نود أيضًا المشاركة في ممارسات الحماية الخاصة بالمجموعة الأكبر والأهم في الجامبوري، وهي المجموعة المشاركة. سيتم تقديم تجربة تعليمية للمشاركين قبل انعقاد الجامبوري، لتعريفهم بمبادئ السلوك الآمن، وقواعد السلوك في الجامبوري، وإعدادهم لمواجهة التحديات الأكثر شيوعًا في مجال الحماية من الأذى بين المشاركين الشباب.
سيتم توزيع المواد التعليمية على الوحدات مع توصية بتسليمها إلى قادة الدوريات والوحدات. وستشمل هذه المواد مجموعة من الأنشطة المختلفة التي يمكن تطبيقها في بيئات مختلفة: اجتماعات جماعية، ومشاركة فردية، ومشاركة عبر الإنترنت.
ستتوفر تجربة التعلم للمشاركين الشباب في النصف الثاني من عام 2026، مما يمنح جميع الدوريات والوحدات ما يقرب من عام لاستخدام محتواها في اجتماعاتهم التحضيرية.
لن يكون إكمال تجربة التعلم "الحماية من الأذى قبل الجامبوري" إلزامياً للمشاركين، ولكننا ننصح كل قائد دورية ووحدة باستخدامها لتعريف المشاركين بتدابير الحماية من الأذى.

في حالة وقوع حوادث متوسطة وشديدة تتعلق بالسلامة من الأذى، قد تطلب وحدة عمليات السلامة من الأذى المساعدة من فريق إدارة الوفد. يرجى التأكد من اختيار شخص واحد من بين أعضاء فريق إدارة الوفد أو رقم اتصال واحد، والذي سيكون رقم اتصال الطوارئ المستخدم للتواصل في حالة وقوع حوادث تتعلق بالسلامة من الأذى تشمل المشاركين أو البالغين الذين هم جزء من وفدكم.
The first step in making the Jamboree a Safe from Harm (SfH) event is prevention and education. The responsibility to create a fair, safe and respectful experience at the Jamboree is a responsibility shared among all the people engaged in this venture. Therefore, we will prepare a diverse range of learning experiences for everyone joining the Jamboree:
For all adults participating in the Jamboree, there will be a compulsory Safe from Harm e-learning course consisting of three modules:
- Module 1 – SFH at World and Regional Scout Events
- Module 2 – Safe from Harm at a Jamboree
- Module 3 – Safe from Harm at the World Scout Jamboree in Poland
All the modules will be available on the Scout Learning Zone (WOSM e-learning platform). After completing all three modules, you will receive a certificate, which is required to enter the Jamboree.
All adults visiting and working (e.g. contractors, guests) at the Jamboree will go through the compulsory Safe from Harm briefing.
We would like to engage in the safeguarding practices of the largest and the most important group at the Jamboree – participants. We will prepare a pre-Jamboree learning experience for participants, introducing them to the principles of safe behaviour, the Jamboree Code of Conduct, and preparing for the most common Safe from Harm challenges among youth participants.
Learning material will be distributed to the Contingents with a recommendation to pass it to the Patrol and Unit Leaders. It will include a range of different activities applicable in different settings: group meetings, individual engagement, and online participation.
Youth participants’ learning experience will be available in the second half of 2026, giving almost a year for all patrols and units to use its content at their preparatory meetings.
It will not be a compulsory task to complete the participants’ Safe from Harm Pre-Jamboree learning experience, but we do advise that each Patrol and Unit Leader will use it to introduce participants to the Safe from Harm measures.
Some of the preparation you can start even now! Part of the learning experience will be the Jamboree Code of Conduct, which you can find on the Jamboree website here for adults and here for participants.
We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants and adults at the World Scout Jamboree, also through comprehensive safeguarding measures and fast reactions to incidents.
In the event of moderate and severe Safe from Harm incidents, the Safe from Harm Operations Unit may require assistance from the Contingent Management Team. Please make sure to choose one person among your CMT or one contact number, which will be an emergency contact number used for communication in the case of Safe from Harm incidents involving participants or adults that are a part of your Contingent.
