Cargo Shipping to the Jamboree Site
To ensure smooth setup and access to equipment, Contingents are encouraged to plan shipments of items they wish to send to the Jamboree site in advance. The Jamboree Warehouse accepts 20ft containers, pallets, and truck trailers for advance delivery and storage during the Jamboree.
Storage of Shipments
All containers, pallets, and truck trailers will be stored outdoors. Though still outdoors, pallets will be stored under cover at the Jamboree site. To protect your items, pallets should be wrapped in plastic and secured with pallet collars.

الجمارك والاعتبارات التنظيمية

كما تتحمل الوفود مسؤولية ترتيب التغطية التأمينية المناسبة لأي مواد تشحنها إلى موقع الجامبوري، بما في ذلك التغطية التأمينية للنقل والتخزين والمناولة والفقدان والتلف والتأخير وإعادة الشحن.

Access During the Jamboree
During the event, only Contingent Management Team members and designated IST are allowed to access the Jamboree Warehouse to retrieve equipment and materials. Youth participants and Adult Patrol Leaders are not allowed into the warehouse area. VAPPs will be required for the access during the Jamboree. Further details will be provided in a future circular.
Customs and Regulatory Considerations
Poland has strict rules about what can be brought into the country, including food, medicines, and plants or soil. Contingents are fully responsible for making sure all shipments comply with Polish customs and import regulations. This covers customs clearance, handling, and all required documentation. Any items sent without proper documentation or in violation of these rules may be delayed, refused, or even confiscated by relevant Polish authorities. Contingents are strongly encouraged to review all regulations in advance and work closely with their national authorities or freight forwarders to ensure smooth delivery. Contingents are also responsible for arranging appropriate insurance cover for any items they ship to the Jamboree site, including cover for transport, storage, handling, loss, damage, delay, and return shipment.
