Arrival and Departure Dates
IST are expected to arrive on 27 July and depart on 10 August.
Participants (patrols) are expected to arrive on 29 July and depart on 9 August.
Arrivals for participants take place exclusively in patrols. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to report to the Check-in Centre on their own — every Youth Participant must arrive with their patrol.

- Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa International Airport (GDN),
- Gdańsk Główny railway station,
- Gdańsk ferry terminal,
- Gdynia ferry terminal,
- AmberExpo Parking

Fechas de llegada y salida
Se espera que los IST lleguen el 27 de julio y salgan el 10 de agosto.
Se espera que los participantes (patrullas) lleguen el 29 de julio y salgan el 9 de agosto.
Las llegadas de los participantes se realizarán exclusivamente en patrullas. Los menores no acompañados no podrán presentarse solos en el centro de registro; todos los participantes jóvenes deberán llegar con su patrulla.
Puntos de entrada oficiales

Todos los participantes que lleguen al punto de entrada oficial serán trasladados en autobús al centro de registro, donde se llevará a cabo el proceso de registro antes de ser trasladados al recinto del Jamboree. Los participantes que lleguen en sus propios autobuses al punto de entrada «Estacionamiento AmberExpo» continuarán su viaje al campamento en los mismos autobuses después de completar el proceso de registro.
No se permitirá la entrada al campamento del Jamboree sin haber completado primero el registro en el centro de registro.
No se permitirá la entrada de personas ni vehículos por las puertas del Jamboree sin haber pasado primero por el centro de registro.

All participants arriving at the Official Entry Point will be transported by shuttle to the Check-in Centre, where the check-in process will take place before being taken to the Jamboree site. Participants arriving by their own buses to the Entry Point “AmberExpo Parking” will continue their journey to the Campsite with the same buses after completing the check-in process.
Entry to the Jamboree Campsite is not permitted without first completing the check-in at the Check-in Centre.
No individuals or vehicles will be allowed to enter through the Jamboree gates without having first passed through the Check-in Centre.
