All CMT are expected to be at the Jamboree site by midnight on 28 July 2027.
All IST are expected to arrive at the Jamboree site no later than midnight on 28 July 2027. However, due to training sessions and preparations for the participants' arrival, IST are expected to arrive on 27 July 2027.
All participants are expected to be at Jamboree site by 30 July 2027 by 5 a.m.

The Check-in Centre will operate 24 hours a day throughout the arrival period from 26 to 29 of July. CMT, IST, and Unit Leaders must report directly to the designated desks desks at the Check-in Centre.
In the case of units, one designated Adult Patrol Leader (Unit Leader – one of the four Adult Patrol Leaders in the unit) will be required to report to the check-in desks to complete the check-in process for the entire unit. In exceptional circumstances, the check-in process may be carried out by Adult Patrol Leaders for individual patrols.

- completion of the Safe from Harm training, as recorded in the registration system (no certificate or screenshot required),
- up to date departure information, including departure date and time or flight number.

IST, CMT, and APL are required to complete the Safe from Harm training. Completion of the training before the Jamboree is mandatory and will be verified through the registration system. Adults who have not completed the Safe from Harm training will not be granted access to the Jamboree site until the course has been completed.
If someone does not complete the training in advance, they will have to complete it at the Check-in Center. This is not recommended, as the training lasts twohours two hours and will delay the entire check-in process.
