أعزائي قادة الوفود وقادة المنظمات الكشفية الوطنية،

لأكثر من 100 عام منذ انعقاد أول جامبوري كشفي عالمي في عام 1920، ظلت هذه التجمعات العالمية واحدة من أكثر التجارب التعليمية تأثيراً على الكشافة. فهي جسر يربط بين تاريخ الكشافة الغني ويفتح أعين الأجيال القادمة.

توفر الجامبوريات للشباب فرصًا للمغامرة والتعلم والحوار بين الثقافات والصداقة في بيئة تحتفي بقوة ووحدة الحركة الكشفية في جميع أنحاء العالم.

يسعدني جدًا دعوة المشاركين من جميع المنظمات الأعضاء في الكشافة العالمية للانضمام إلينا في الدورة السادسة والعشرين من المخيم الكشفي العالمي في عام 2027، والتي ستُعقد في جزيرة سوبيشيفو في غدانسك، بولندا، وتستضيفها (Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego (ZHP.

سيجمع الجامبوري مرة أخرى عشرات الآلاف من الشباب والمتطوعين من جميع أنحاء العالم لتجربة فريدة من نوعها. تحت شعار "بشجاعة"، سيدعونا هذا الحدث جميعًا إلى الاستكشاف بشجاعة، وتقبل التحديات الجديدة، والانتماء إلى شيء أكبر من أنفسنا. يوفر الجامبوري للكشافة فرصة فريدة للانطلاق في مغامرة دولية حقيقية، والمشاركة في تبادلات ثقافية مفيدة،و تجربة كرم الضيافة البولندية.

يتم توجيه تخطيط وتنفيذ جامبوري 2027 من خلال استراتيجية الأحداث الجديدة لمنظمة الكشافة العالمية (WOSM) التي تمت الموافقة عليها في المؤتمر الكشفي العالمي الثالث والأربعين. وتشمل هذه الاستراتيجية التركيز بشكل أساسي على الحماية وإدارة المخاطر، والالتزام الي الممارسات البيئية المستدامة ، وضمان أن يكون الجامبوري شاملاً ومتاحاً ومؤثراً لجميع المشاركين.

 كعنصر أساسي في استراتيجية فعاليات المنظمة العالمية للحركة الكشفية، تقوم اللجنة الكشفية العالمية والجهة المُضيفة بإجراء مراجعة معمّقة للتخطيط الخاص بالجامبوري، بما في ذلك ملف المخاطر الخاص بالفعالية وتدابير التخفيف منها. ستستمر هذه المراجعات بشكل منتظم كلما اقترب موعد الجامبوري، وستُستكمل بتدقيقات مستقلة للجوانب الحرجة في عملية التخطيط. سيتم مشاركة التقرير الأول من هذه المراجعة في أوائل عام 2026 مع رؤساء الوفود وقيادات المنظمات الكشفية الوطنية لضمان بقائكم على اطلاع كامل وشفاف. 

 تلتزم منظمة الكشافة العالمية بالعمل جنباً إلى جنب مع ZHP والمنظمات الكشفية الوطنية وشبكة شركائنا الموثوقين لتقديم تجربة إيجابية لا تُنسى للجميع. إن دوركم كرؤساء للوفود ضروري للغاية لتحقيق هذه الأهداف من خلال تزويد القادة البالغين والشباب بالمعرفة والمهارات اللازمة للاستفادة القصوى من تجربة الجامبوري.

For more than 100 years since the very first World Scout Jamboree in 1920, these global gatherings have remained one of the most transformative educational experiences for Scouts. They are a bridge to Scouting’s rich history and an eye-opener for future generations. Jamborees offer young people opportunities for adventure, learning, intercultural dialogue and friendship in an environment that celebrates the strength and unity of the Scout Movement worldwide.

I am very pleased to invite participants from all of World Scouting’s Member Organizations to join us for the 26th World Scout Jamboree in 2027, which will take place on Sobieszewo Island in Gdańsk, Poland hosted by Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego (ZHP).

The Jamboree will once again gather tens of thousands of young people and volunteers from across the globe for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Guided by the theme “Bravely”, the event will invite us all to explore with courage, embrace new challenges, and belong to something bigger than ourselves. The Jamboree offers Scouts a unique opportunity to embark on a truly international adventure, engage in meaningful cross-cultural exchanges, and experience the warm hospitality of Poland.

The planning and delivery of the 2027 Jamboree is guided by our new WOSM Events Strategy which was approved at the 43rd World Scout Conference. This includes a key focus on safeguarding and risk management, committing to environmentally sustainable practices, and making sure that the Jamboree is inclusive, accessible and impactful for everyone attending.

As a key element of the WOSM Events Strategy, the World Scout Committee and the Host are conducting an in-depth review of the Jamboree planning, including the event’s risk profile and mitigation measures. These reviews will continue to take place at regular intervals as the Jamboree approaches and will be complemented by independent audits of critical aspects of the planning process. A first report from this review will be shared in early 2026 with Heads of Contingents and NSO leadership to ensure you remain fully and transparently informed.

World Scouting is committed to working hand-in-hand with ZHP, National Scout Organizations, and our network of trusted partners to deliver a truly memorable and positive experience for all. Your role as Heads of Contingent is absolutely essential to achieve these aims by equipping adult leaders and young people with the knowledge and skills to make the most of their Jamboree experience.
