The Jamboree starts with the Opening Ceremony on 30 July 2027 and continues until the Closing Ceremony on 8 August 2027. The educational programme will contain: the main programme modules, plaza activities, programmes offered in subcamps, the International Day, the Inter-Religious Ceremony, Faith & Beliefs Zone and many more activities. Additionally, there will be a programme designed for the IST.

Educational activities during the programme modules will be supported by other non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The off-site modules will involve local communities in the host area, allowing Scouts to explore the history and culture of the Kashubian and Pomerania regions near Gdańsk.

Life in subcamps is a huge part of the Jamboree experience. We want to ensure the participants thrive in a safe environment, building strong friendships and having fun. To that end, we will have special free time activities and the one-of-the-kind Solidarity Badge that will encourage Scouts to explore how bravery, peace, and friendship can change the world.

The Faiths and Beliefs Zone will address their spiritual needs, while the Equality Zone will introduce them to friends from diverse communities, allowing them to exchange experiences without judgment.

During one of them, Youth Forum – a model UN debate, the participants will discuss ongoing issues and find real-life solutions to these problems. The 120 Years of Scouting Celebration will familiarise them with great figures who have brought change to the world. Also, a unique opportunity, the participants will be able to play a special Jamboree board game.

Modular Programme 

 The Modular Programme is designed around the theme “Bravely”, inspiring participants to embrace courage in their lives and communities through a mix of on-site and off-site adventures. Each day presents new experiences, encouraging personal growth across physical, spiritual, social, emotional, and mental dimensions. Participants will navigate through forests, enjoy the beach, explore the vibrant city of Gdańsk, connect with Polish scouts at their camps, and engage in many more exciting activities. 

To ensure everyone experiences the full range of activities, each subcamp follows a structured schedule, allowing all participants to complete every module by the end of the Jamboree. 

Participation Guidelines: 

  • Participants will most often take part in the Modular

Program
  • Programme as patrols,

rather than
  • though some activities may be done individually or as entire units.

 
  • Activities are pre-assigned to patrols, though opportunities for swapping activities between patrols may be available during the event. 
  • Unit leaders receive daily briefings outlining the
program schedule
  • programme schedule for the following day. 
  • Most modules span both morning and afternoon sessions, each module lasts either a full day or half a day

Physical and Mental Well-Being 

This module promotes both physical fitness and mental resilience through engaging in beach activities, including team sports and mindfulness exercises. Participants will explore the connection between physical activity and well-being while embracing the calming influence of the seaside environment of Wyspa Sobieszewska.

Forest –


Bushcraft, Woodcraft, Pioneering, and Campcraft 

Scouts will immerse themselves in traditional outdoor Scout skills, including fire-making, learning handy knots,

shelterss-

building shelters, and pioneering projects. This hands-on experience fosters resourcefulness, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation for nature.

Self-Planned Day for Personal Balance 

Participants will take charge of their day by choosing from a variety of activities, such as creative workshops, role playing, or mindfulness practices. This module encourages self-reflection, cooperation and the importance of balance in daily life.

Cultural Diversity and Spiritual Development 

The Meadow module immerses participants in critical thinking, artistic expression, and teamwork through activities inspired by diverse global cultures. Scouts will solve themed escape room puzzles, create inspired clay teapots, engage in critical thinking games, and collaborate on percussion music, fostering problem-solving, creativity, and reflection on how environments, skills, and beliefs shape us.

Participants will engage in hands-on activities and discussions about sustainability, social justice, and global issues. This module inspires scouts to take action in their communities and become responsible global citizens.

Community Service & Outdoor Adventure 

Scouts will embark on a 24hr adventure outside of the Jamboree Site, involving camping with Polish Scouts at their camps and community service projects that contribute to local development. Whilst their stay, trained local scout leaders as well as IST will provide support with topics like logistics,

and ensure their safety and health. This immersive experience strengthens outdoor skills, teamwork, and social responsibility.

Exploring

While exploring Gdańsk’s historical landmarks, museums, and vibrant city life, participants will gain insight into Poland’s culture and history. Interactive challenges and guided tours will make history and heritage come to life.

Participants will engage in water-based activities such as kayaking and sailing while learning about maritime history and environmental conservation. This module

Subcamp Programme 

Life in subcamps is a huge part of the Jamboree experience. We want to ensure the participants thrive in a safe environment, building strong friendships and having fun. To that end, we will have engaging free time activities and the one-of-a-kind Solidarity Badge that will encourage Scouts to explore how bravery, peace, and friendship can change the world. 

The Subcamp programprogramme is entirely optional, designed for those who wish to participate. Activities will be available every evening, offering a variety of engaging experiences: 

  • Free Time Activities – Opportunities to engage in sports, board games, and social events, either individually or in teams, beyond your own patrols or units. 
  • Solidarity Badge – A special badge earned through a series of individual and team challenges, allowing participants to explore the legacy of "Solidarność" and its peaceful role in transforming society. 
  • Additionally, on the first day, participants will have the opportunity to take part in the Opening Game—an outdoor activity designed for patrols to explore the Subcamp area while learning how they can contribute to a sustainable Jamboree. 
  • On a designated day, they will experience the enriching Cultural Day — a vibrant celebration of diversity where units present their heritage through food, clothing, customs, games, and more, fostering cultural exchange among Subcamp participants.

Plaza Programme 

The Plaza Programme will help participants experience different cultures and ideas. In the World Scout Centre, the participants will see presentations and displays from every contingent. The Faiths and Beliefs Zone will address their spiritual needs, while the Equality Zone will introduce them to friends from diverse communities, allowing them to exchange experiences without judgment.  All Plaza activities are walk-in activities (without registration). Participants can take part in the Plaza Programme every day on their own (full patrols are not required). The Plaza will be open for Day Visitors.   

Plaza programme will consist of:  

  • World Scout Centre with Contingent Pavilions– space for contingents to promote their culture and achievements in pursuing SDGs.  
  • One World Tent – space dedicated for promotion of World Scouting programmes and initiatives. 
  • Faith and Beliefs Zone – space for worship services in different communities, as well as personal prayer and self-inquiry.  
  • Partners Pavilions – space for external organisations both governmental (like the UN) and non-governmental (like WWF, and ICRC) whose values align with the Scouting principals.  
  • Equality Zone – space dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion. 
  • Scouting Museum – space for exhibition hall and interactive exhibition on the history of Polish Scouting in 5 languages. 

The Plaza will be the central meeting place of the Jamboree, serving as a vibrant spot where participants from around the world can gather, interact, and experience the unique atmosphere of the event. The Plaza will play a key representative role, hosting the Jamboree Gate and the flags of all NSOs, symbolising the unity and diversity of World Scouting. 

Within the Plaza’s commercial area, visitors will find a Scout Shop, offering official merchandise and essential Scouting gear, as well as a variety of food houses catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Additional facilities and service points will ensure that the Plaza is not only a place of trade but also a comfortable and welcoming space where participants can relax and connect. 

Designed to reflect the spirit of a true marketplace, the Plaza will be the beating heart of the Jamboree, fostering engagement, exchange, and shared experiences, making it an essential and memorable part of the event.

The Jamboree will feature several events exploring the “Bravely” theme across the past, present, and future. This symbolic framework is designed to inspire participants to act courageously throughout the Jamboree, guiding them both literally and metaphorically in various ways. 

  • One of the key events, the Youth Forum, will bring together selected participants from each contingent in a Model UN-style debate, where they will discuss pressing global issues and develop real-life solutions. 
  • 1 August 2027 will feature various activities that celebrate Scouting’s legacy and spirit of togetherness, including the joint dining and inter-religious ceremony Participants will also learn about influential figures who have shaped the world through their bravery and leadership.  
  • Adding a unique interactive element, the Jamboree Game “Bravely”, a special board game, will immerse players in the essence of Scouting, promoting Jamboree experience, and the importance of self-balance.
