Questions regarding contingents can be directed to the Contingent Relations Department via contingents@wsj2027.pl. Within the team, volunteers are assigned for each NSO. They are in your Scout Region and therefore very aware of the different aspects specific to the contingents in your area. As they are also working in the time zone of the region, it is easy to reach out to them.
