For general inquiries about your contingent
Questions regarding contingents can be directed to the Contingent Relations Department via contingents@wsj2027.pl.
Within the team, volunteers are assigned for each NSO. They are in your Scout Region and therefore very aware of the different aspects specific to the contingents in your area.
As they are also working in the time zone of the region, it is easy to reach out to them.
Communication means
We are delighted to be working closely with all of you as preparations for the Jamboree move forward. Most of you already know that we can be reached at contingents@wsj2027.pl, and we are always happy to answer your questions through that channel.
Additional information can be found on the HoC Base and in the Secured Area of the HoC Base. If you do not yet have access to the Secured Area, please contact us via email so we can arrange a login for you. The Secured Area contains more detailed resources on a range of topics, including our Circulars and materials from HoC Meetings.
At HoC Meeting #2, we also introduced Slack for CMT. We are currently setting this up to support different CMT groups, such as Communication Specialists and Food House teams. Once it is ready for wider use, we will share further details with you.
