Brand Resources

Brand resources, audio-visuals, and photos for contingent communications are available on HoC Base in the Jamboree Design Guidelines and Resources.

Jamboree Design

The Jamboree Design captures the Scouting spirit of adventure, courage, and leadership. At the heart of the design is the official logo, a specially created Patrol Sign representing the determination to progress, surmount challenges, and exhibit bravery. This emblem serves as a beacon, rallying Scouts from around the globe to embark on an extraordinary journey at the Jamboree.

The Jamboree design elements promote a sense of unity, diversity, and brotherhood. Imagery featuring Scouts from diverse backgrounds engaging in activities, exchanging cultural experiences, and working together towards common goals will be featured in promotional materials and event signage.

The design embodies the essence of Scouting — empowering young people to step boldly into the future, overcome obstacles with courage, and become catalysts for positive change in the world.

Guidelines for Contingent Logos

1. Theme and Color Scheme

  • Each design should incorporate a distinctive element representing the country, such as iconic landmarks (e.g., Big Ben for the United Kingdom) or natural symbols (e.g., a parrot for São Tomé and Príncipe).
  • The color scheme should align with national colors or those characteristic of the region. The Jamboree color palette may be used.

2. Background and Composition

  • The background should feature abstract, irregular shapes resembling brushstrokes.
  • The shape of the background is fixed and cannot be altered.
  • The background color should complement the national colors or those characteristic of the region. The Jamboree color palette may be used.

3. Primary Visual Element

  • Select a key visual element representative of the country (e.g., a city skyline for the United Kingdom, a parrot for São Tomé and Príncipe).
  • Use a simplified illustration style with clear shapes and a limited color palette.
  • The illustration’s colors should align with the national or regional color scheme. The Jamboree color palette may be used.
  • The composition does not have to be horizontal—alternative layouts, such as a semicircular arrangement, are allowed.

4. Placement of Logo and Text

  • The placement of the logo and text is fixed and cannot be changed.
  • All text should be in uppercase letters.
  • The text on the top bar must be written in Galano Grotesque Bold, size 40 pt, and cannot be modified.

  • The World Scout Jamboree logo should be centrally placed above the text within a circle. The circle’s background color must match the top bar.
  • Text should be divided into two sections:

    • The country name should be placed below on a separate band, also in a variation of the project's dominant color.
