WHAT’S NEW
We are excited to share more details about the 26th World Scout Jamboree with you! To make it easier to find what’s new and what has changed, we have introduced color coding in this update.
In this update, you will find additional information about the Program and IST Experience, an overview of the campsite layout, and further guidance on how to build your Contingent.

CIRCULARS
2nd HOC Meeting, 26-28 September 2026, Gdansk
We are looking forward to meeting you all at the place where it all will take place: Gdansk! We invite you to join us from Friday 26 September until Sunday 28 September 2025 for the 2nd HOC Meeting. During this weekend, we will do a site visit, dive more in detail in the topics of Logistics and the Programme as well as Safe from Harm and Diversity & Inclusion.

Registration
Registered Head of Contingents have received the information about deadlines and the process of registration. If you have not yet registered your Head of Contingent, you can do so via: HOC Appointment Form - World Scout Jamboree Poland 2027.
The next step of the registration process is that we want you to register your patrols, IST and CMT members with us. As we have explained in circular, we only need to know your total numbers. The details on who you are brining will be asked in a later phase of the registration process.
We want to remind you that the Early Registration is opening on 1 June 2026 and closing on 1 July 2026. The Regular Registration is opening 15 September 2026 and closing 1 November 2026.
